Tomorrow we are going to a wine and tapas party at the Freckers. My brilliant idea of vegetarian grape leaves like the ones I had at a festival last weekend (stuffing pulled together from two other recipes) came up mushy. Sadness.

I am out of brilliance for the weekend (already). Thoughts? Keep in mind I’m looking for more than a simple dip here. Though it doesn’t have to be Spanish. Something that looks good in a picture would be fab. Easy-to-get ingredients and fairly simple to make would be double fab.
